Construction of Coast Park Path Stage 2

⁠⁠⁠The Department for Infrastructure and Transport invites companies to provide a response to the Request for Tender for the Construction of Coast Park Path Stage 2, Contract No. 24C013.

Coast Park is a State Government initiative to establish a coastal linear park along the metropolitan coastline from North Haven to Sellicks Beach. The aim of the Coast Park initiative is to create a 70km long shared-use linear path, which will cater for the use and enjoyment of people walking and riding.

The objective of the project is to construct a shared-use pathway from Tennyson to Grange, inclusive of:

• a durable and accessible path for pedestrians and cyclists;
• access over uneven terrain while minimising environmental impacts;
• wayfinding signage; and
• enhancement of the visual appearance of coastal path.

MANDATORY PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Companies must meet the minimum Department pre-qualification requirements under the National Roadworks and Bridgework prequalification system as follows:

• Roadworks level: R1 (or) Bridgeworks level: B1
• Financial level: F10
