The Department for Child Protection (DCP) is seeking, through this Invitation to Supply (ITS), a partner with proven expertise in service reimagination strategy, in complex, multi-stakeholder environments to ensure the KidSafe Connect (KSC) Program delivers high-quality, secure, and user-centred services
The KidSafe Connect (KSC) Program is driving a major digital transformation to reimagine how child protection services are delivered and accessed. As part of this reimagining, the program remains committed to ensuring that DCP continues to safeguard children and families in all transformation enablers
Procurement Objectives and Expected Outcomes
-Discovery and current state assessment
-Develop a Service Reimagination strategy
-Develop a practical implementation roadmap
-Define data, information flow and interoperability considerations
-Develop risk assessment and controls
-Improve customer and user experience capability

A briefing session will be held on 3:00 pm 7 May 2026.
Notes: Interested participants who wish to attend the Industry Briefing Session must register by emailing their details to DCPtenders@sa.gov.au before COB 30 April 2026. A MS Teams meeting link will be provided to registered participants prior to the session.
