Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services for DPI’s Toowoomba Facility

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Primary Industries (DPI), through the Agriculture business group, seeks the provision of grounds maintenance services for the DPI Toowoomba Facility (203 Tor Street, Toowoomba) for a term of two (2) years. The Tor Street Facility is 8.7-hectares providing office accommodation, storage, laboratory and trial crop facilities for several hundred Departmental and other state government agency staff.

This activity seeks to appoint one (1) supplier to complete the following ground maintenance tasks:

• Lawn Mowing

• Hedges, Shrubs & Edge Trimming

• Weed Control

• Green Waste Removal

• Refuse Collection

• Mulch, Planting & Seeding

• Roads, Kerbs & Stormwater Pit Clearing

• Irrigation of Plants & Garden Beds

• Trimming of Established Trees

• Hardstand & Pathways Pressure Cleaning

This RFQ has a mandatory industry briefing on Friday, 1 May 2026.

Suppliers will meet at: 203 Tor Street, Toowoomba QLD 4350 at 9:30am.

Two (2) representatives per company will be permitted to attend.
