Karratha Leisureplex PA System Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The City of Karratha is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and competent contractors for the supply and installation of public address (PA) system equipment at Karratha Leisureplex.

LODGEMENT OF TENDERS

All enquiries are to be directed to Leah Barker, Facility Maintenance Project Officer via the City of Karratha online forum, under this Tender notice.

There is a non-mandatory briefing that will be held at 2.00pm(AWST) on 28 April 2026.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha's Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 2.00pm (AWST) on Tuesday 12 May 2026. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha's Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify.
