Scope of Work
The Contractor is expected to supply and make allowance for the following items and activities within this Quotation.
- Council are looking to undertake fire break maintenance within the Kelcey Tier reserve. The project will involve formalising and forming of a fire trail track suitable to conveying 4wd fire fighting vehicles to a class 5 regulation. Contractors are expected to consider and make allowance for the following.
- Site inspection
- Provision of swms and risk assessments
- Onsite mobilisation inc machine cleaning prior to reserve entry to reduce possibility of weed contamination.
- Traffic management plans inc pedestrians and reserve users.
- Rock breaking as required
- Excavation and disposal of soil as required
- Formation of drainage to protect trafficable surface
- Formation of approximately 600m suitable track to Class 5 requirements.
- Supply and placement of gravel materials
- Remediation of site damage from machinery.
