Provision of Wet and Dry Plant and Equipment Hire

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: Provision of Wet and Dry Plant and Equipment Hire to Brewarrina Shire Council, Cobar Shire Council, Coonamble Shire Council, Gilgandra Shire Council, Narromine Shire Council and Walgett Shire Council on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028 with provision for 3 x 12-month option as stated in the Deed Particulars of the Standing Offer Deed.

Note that:

Walgett Shire Council will commence their agreement from 1 August 2026, for a basis period of 23 months.

Narromine Shire Council will commence their agreement from 1 September 2026, for a basis period of 22 months.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Tenderlink Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 12 May 2026.

PRE-TENDER MEETINGS: There will be a non-mandatory pre-tender meeting held ONLINE on Wednesday, 29 April 2026 at 10am via Teams.

To receive the Teams link, Tenderers must register their attendance by 3pm on 28 April 2026 by sending the completed and signed "Pre-Tender Meeting Tenderer Declaration" form to admin@regpro.com.au.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
