Acmena Clinical Services Block

⁠⁠⁠The design development and construction (DD&C) of the new Acmena Clinical Services Block.

Project goals

The purpose of the works is to provide a new clinical facility for Acmena Youth Justice Centre.

A separate request for tender, RFT-2013474 – Acmena Major Periodic Maintenance (MPM) Works, is anticipated to be issued in late April and the construction of both projects will be delivered concurrently by NSW Public Works.

Scope

The design development and construction (DD&C) of a new Clinical Services Block. The works include:

• Design development and documentation
• Site preparation and structural foundations
• Construction and fit out of the new building
• Supply and installation of fittings, furniture and equipment (FF&E)

Pre-Tender Meeting

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting is scheduled for:

Time: 11:00AM

Date: Thursday 23/04/2026

Location: Acmena Youth Justice Centre, 43 Swallow Road, Grafton NSW 2460

Tenderer's must register their attendance with the RFT Contact by 5:00PM Tuesday 21/04/2026. Tenderer's may register a maximum of two attendees for the pre-tender meeting.
