Jindabyne Mountain Bike and Adventure Park - Detailed Design of Electrical and Communication Services for the Base and Mid Stations

⁠⁠⁠Detailed electrical and communications services design for the Base Station and Mid Station facilities at the Jindabyne Mountain Bike and Adventure Park.

Project goals

Engage a suitably qualified design consultant to prepare and complete the detailed electrical and communications services design for the Base Station and Mid Station facilities forming part of the Snowy Mountains Mountain Bike and Adventure Park (MTBAP) project, within the Snowy Mountains Special Activation Precinct.

Scope

The scope of services includes undertaking site investigations and preparation of electrical and communications design documentation, progressing from concept development through detailed design and Issued for Construction documentation in accordance with Australian standards and authority requirements, including Essential Energy. The consultant will calculate maximum electrical demand, assess connection and substation options, prepare approval documentation, address environmental and site constraints, participate in design review workshops, and provide capital construction cost estimates. In addition, the successful tenderer may also be required to respond to Requests for Information during the construction phase and limited construction phase support services.
