Tender Description
Gippsland Primary Health Network (GIppsland PHN) is offering grants which support community organisations and health services to run community events that promote and raise awareness of advance care planning and palliative care pathways.
The grants must be used to support costs associated with running the event, such as renumeration for expert speakers, cost of materials, advertising, catering and venue hire.
Each community group, health service or organisation will recieve an incentive grant payment of $2,000.00 to support the promotion of palliative care awareness.
The opportunity:
10 grants of $2,000.00 (ex GST)
If more applications are recieved than grants are available, Gippsland PHN will prioritise:
- Coverage across the Gippsland region
- Initiatives that are likely to have most impact
Gippsland PHN's selection of preferred applications will be final
Eligibility Requirements
- The community group, health service or organisation be located within the Gippsland PHN region
- The event(s) must occur in the Gippsland PHN region and be complete by 30 June 2026
- A final report to be submitted by 30 June 2026
- Feedback forms to be used to capture participant feedback
