UTS seeks to engage an AMS (Application Management Services) partner to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization services for the UTS ERP platform (Workday HCM and Finance), including supporting integrations and service management processes, to enable People and Finance BAU operations post go-live.
The UTS ERP transformation program involves implementation of a modern enterprise system across HR, Finance, and ancillary functions. Post-implementation, UTS requires a dedicated AMS partner to provide ongoing support for the platform, integrations, security updates, and enhancements.
The selected AMS partner will support:
- Incident and defect management
- Break-fix and enhancement releases
- Tenant management and environment strategy
- Workday Update and Regression Testing Support
- Interface monitoring
- Business optimisation and process evolution
- Knowledge transfer and upskilling of UTS support teams

UTS is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a submission and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal, faxed, mailed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
