Tender Description
This Request for Tender (RFT) is to engage the market on behalf of Lockyer Valley Regional Council (LVRC) for the lease of the land/s at Lot 189 on Crown Plan CC2393, Lot 207 on Crown Plan CSH482 and Lot 904 on Survey Plan 179255 for a term of five (5) years.
Tenderers will propose to lease the Land for a use that is cost effective and brings value to the community and the region. The successful Tenderer will lease the Land, and be responsible to perform its obligations, in accordance with the Trustee Lease Terms.
