Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The extent of works for the construction of Derby Meadows Preschool and Boori MCH includes the demolition of existing two buildings and construction of an integrated facility with two multipurpose rooms, kindergarten activity rooms, consult rooms, planning offices, staff room, carpark, external landscaping, services works and regulatory signage and all other associated works as indicated in the drawings and specifications (Part E).
