Land Supply Expression of Interest

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from landowners to identify potential future residential land within the local government area.

Landowners are invited to complete the online survey and submit a concept subdivision plan aligned with the master planning principles.

This process will help Council understand site capability, landowner intentions and future housing opportunities beyond those identified in the Mid-Western Region Housing Strategy.

Submissions will be assessed against these principles, along with relevant constraints and opportunities. Following assessment, a recommendation will be made to Council on next steps.

The survey is not anonymous, and Council may contact respondents at a later date to discuss their submission in more detail, seek clarification on the information provided, or explore the potential of the land further as part of ongoing strategic planning investigations.
