Tender Description
Central Highlands Water (CHW) is seeking submissions from suitably experienced and resourced contractors to appoint a provider for the provision of the above services within the CHW service area and compliance with safety and environmental laws.
The Contract will be a schedule of rates contract and will be subject to annual price adjustment for rise and fall in prices.
Details of the price adjustment mechanism that will apply to the Contract are set out in Part B1 Form of Tender.
The Contract will be for an initial Four (4) year term with provision for a further two x three (3) year extensions all at CHWs discretion.
