Mowing of Council Assets and Public Spaces

⁠⁠⁠Ballina Shire Council are seeking to engage suitably qualified contractor/s to deliver mowing maintenance and slashing services for identified Council assets and public spaces for a 3-year period.

A single contractor will be engaged to service each of the following tranches on an agreed frequency:

• Tranche 1 - 4 x Designated Public Spaces
• Tranche 2 - 12 x Reservoir sites
• Tranche 3 - 9 x Wastewater Treatment Plant sites
• Tranche 4 – 27 x Fire Trails and Asset Protection Zones (APZ)
• Tranche 5 – Slashing, Ballina Resource Recovery Centre (BRRC)

Slashing and mowing services will also be required for ad-hoc engagements.
