Grasstree Beach Exercise Trail Playground Shade Renewal

⁠⁠⁠Mackay Regional Council (the Principal) invites Tenders for the execution of works associated with the renewal and upgrade of facilities at Grasstree Esplanade Park, Grasstree Beach as further detailed in Part 5_Scope of Works

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Works comprise the replacement of the existing playground shelter and the installation of new embellishments, including a fitness station and associated connecting paths.

The project funded by the Queensland Government under the Works for Queensland Program, in association with Mackay Regional Council.

NATURE OF CONTRACT

The Contract Sum is a Lump Sum (with a Bill of Quantities) as described in the General Conditions of Contract (refer to ‘Part 4 General Conditions of the Contract’).

The Principal intends to award the whole Contract to one (1) Tenderer, or not at all, at its sole discretion.
