Multi-Function Device Fleet Replacement

⁠⁠⁠Alexandrina Council invites Tenders for the provision of supply and maintenance of Multi-Function Device Fleet Replacement.

Council’s current MFD fleet supports essential day-to-day printing, copying and scanning services across multiple sites. The existing fleet has been in place for several years and is now end-of-life from both a reliability and supportability perspective.

Importantly, Council’s current lease agreement has expired, creating an immediate need to establish new contractual arrangements to ensure continuity of service and value for money.

This procurement aims to appoint a supplier that can provide a modern, scalable MFD solution aligned to Councils operational requirements and Microsoft 365 document workflows.

The Tenderer shall provide the Goods in accordance with the Specifications contained within the RFT Documentation, and Council will enter into an Agreement for Goods with the successful Tenderer.
