Design and Construct Mudgeeraba Acquatic Centre.
The project includes the complete design, demolition, supply, manufacture, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and training as appropriate for the redevelopment of the existing Mudgeeraba Aquatic Centre and adjacent Rotary Park. The project will provide upgraded pool and park facilities including a new 25m 8-lane pool and new playground area. The Works includes all necessary minor and incidental work required to implement the intent and meaning of the Concept/Schematic Design Drawings and Technical Specification.
Provide all plant, equipment, materials, labour and supervision to deliver the following:
- Preliminaries including site establishment
- Design finalisation Works including certification, RPEQ certification
- Decommissioning and Demolition Works
- Civil Works
- Structural Works
- Mechanical Works
- Electrical and Communications Works
- Hydraulic Works
- Pool filtration Works
- Pool Works
- Internal building alterations, fixtures, fittings, fabrics, joinery and finishes
- Landscaping Works
- Testing and commissioning
- Site dis-establishment
