Cushman & Wakefield invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of cleaning services across Australia properties managed by Cushman & Wakefield. This EOI is intended to identify and shortlist suppliers with the capability, capacity, geographic reach and relevant experience to participate in a subsequent tender process.
Through this market approach, Cushman & Wakefield seeks to assess supplier suitability in areas including workforce capacity, mobilisation capability, service coverage, security-cleared personnel, licensing and insurance compliance, ability to operate through the etender portal, and willingness to work within Cushman & Wakefield systems, reporting requirements and contractual conditions. The EOI will also capture information relevant to Indigenous procurement, SME participation and broader social procurement outcomes. Participation in this EOI does not guarantee an invitation to any subsequent procurement stage or award of any contract.
