⁠⁠⁠The Town of Claremont invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors to deliver civil cleaning and maintenance services across the Town Centre, local shopping areas, parks and streets. The services include high-pressure paving cleaning, litter removal, leaf and debris blowing, sanitising, BBQ cleaning, bin cleaning, bore stain removal, sign cleaning, light fitting dusting, brick pavement sealing, war memorial cleaning, and associated inspection and reporting services. The Town is seeking a contractor with the resources and operational flexibility to deliver a combination of scheduled, reactive and seasonal services, including work required across weekends and at varying service frequencies.
