⁠⁠⁠Opportunity overview

Expressions of Interest are now open for the licensing of two office spaces and a meeting space that is conveniently located within Ngurra Hub, Ashmont.

This is a perfect opportunity for community organisations to immerse themselves within the community they are benefitting. The Hub has been recognised as a safe place for many in the surrounding suburb to seek connection, food relief, access outreach health services, and engage in a broad range of community programming.

The proposed offering would include the licensing of two office spaces and a meeting space as well as the option to have access to a hallway storage cupboard, and secure cupboards within the kitchen facility. In addition, the successful applicant would have access to shared amenities such as the indoor public toilets, shared outdoor space and kitchen facilities.

Access to the bookable spaces (Provider Room 3 and the Large Function Room) would be through Councils online Bookable system. The successful licensee would not be responsible for managing the community bookable spaces.
