Mills Reef Park – Construction

⁠⁠⁠Kingborough Council seeks fixed-price quotations from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to construct approximately 360m2 of new gravel footpath. Supply and install a Forpark SWGA011-A-Frame-Triple and Island Recreation custom 2.7m climbing rope Pyramid play equipment. Installation of Landmark Longreach cantilever picnic shelter (supplied) on existing concrete footings. Supply and installation of pinebark softfall zones compliant with AS4685.1:2021 with geofabric underlay. Supply, preparation and installation of mulched garden beds.

The work is located at Mills Reef park, Alonnah, Main Road Bruny Island

The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.
