Tender Description
Kingborough Council seeks fixed-price quotations from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to complete the Works specified.
The full scope of work requirements are identified in within Project Specification C25008, and as shown on associated Design Drawings 1. K603 BA W41 SP BD SS; 2. BOQ - Blackmans Bay Beach shelter - C25008; 3. Blackmans Bay Beach shelter indicative section 20260306; 4. Blackmans Bay Beach Shelter Concept Design 20260306; .
The Work generally consists of but is not limited to demolish the existing timber and iron foreshore picnic shelter and concrete footpath, supply and install a new Landmark Cardwell 5.7m x 6.m shelter, structural exposed aggregate concrete overlay slab and exposed aggregate reinforced concrete footpath and landscaping.
The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.
