Mercy Health is seeking an enterprise grade Ambient AI Scribe solution to support clinical documentation across acute, subacute, outpatient, perioperative, and multidisciplinary environments. The solution will augment clinician workflows by generating accurate, structured clinical documentation in real time or near real time, with the intent to replace some of the current outsourced transcription service, which produced 903,531 typed lines over the past 12 months (average ~75,294 typed lines per month).
The AI Medical Scribe will be deployed to improve documentation completeness, reduce administrative burden, streamline communication with GPs and care teams, and enhance the timeliness of clinical information available in the patient record. These use cases align with the service requirements outlined in the Invitation and Specifications
