Albury City invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake a detailed visual and condition assessment of the existing four, steel lattice lighting towers at Lavington Sports Ground. The facility supports a broad range of activities, from local sporting use through to major events, including pre-season AFL fixtures and the Big Bash League.
The purpose of this engagement is to assess the condition, compliance to Australian Standards, and to identify any defects, risks, or limitations affecting the current performance and remaining service life of each tower.
The outcomes of this assessment shall inform Albury City's decision to upgrade the luminaires to support broadcast-standard events.
