Tender Description
The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a provider to deliver customised training that supports a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
Work Requirements
- Staff Workshops: Half?day, face?to?face sessions (up to 50 participants) using actors and PTA?specific scenarios.
- Manager Workshops: Full?day sessions (approx. 20 participants) focused on managing unacceptable behaviour and strengthening leadership capability.
Program Outcomes
- Enhanced respectful workplace culture
- Improved leadership skills in addressing behaviour issues
- Reduced risk of bullying, harassment, and related grievances
The provider will design all training materials and deliver engaging, practical content tailored to PTA needs.
