Alexandrina Council invites Quotations for the provision of Structural Engineering Consultancy Services.
Council undertakes statutory building assessment services under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (SA) (PDI Act), including assessment of building work for compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC). Council also provides building assessment services on behalf of three (3) other South Australian councils. From time to time, Council requires independent structural engineering advice to support these functions.
Council seeks to establish an arrangement with one or more suitably qualified Structural Engineers to provide services on an as and when required basis.
The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specification contained within Section D of the RFT documentation.
The Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Tenderer.
