Tender Description
This Expression of Interest ('EOI') and its subsequent Request for Proposal ('RFP') relates to the provision of maintenance services for the following components ('the Services') to the University:
a) Residual Current Devices
b) Power Operated Pedestrian Doors (Automatic)
c) Power Operated Revolving Doors
d) Standby Power Systems (Generators)
e) Power Factor Correction
f) Uninterruptible Power Supply
g) Lightning Protection
h) Main Switchboard Thermographic testing
i) Mechanical Services Thermographic testing
j) Portable Appliance testing
k) Roller Doors (Manual and motorised)
l) Air Circuit Walls
m) Skyfold Operative Walls
Through this process, the University seeks to identify eligible entities who can demonstrate commitment and collaboration over the term of the Agreement to:
a) supply the Services;
b) continuously seek improvements in service quality, safety standards and value; and
c) obtain efficiency and productivity for the mutual benefit of the University and successful supplier.
The EOI, including all documentation, is released via Workday Strategic Sourcing ('WSS').
