Currently, icare does not utilise a dedicated SAM solution to oversee its software assets within the organisation. Through this open market procurement initiative, icare seeks to address this concern.
Project goals
Currently, icare does not utilise a dedicated software asset management solution to oversee its software assets within the organisation. Instead, assets are tracked, monitored and reported through spreadsheets, an approach that is inefficient, prone to error, and limits visibility of actual software usage. This lack of insight restricts icare’s ability to optimise license allocation, leading to potential over licensing, under utilisation, and increased costs.
Through this open market procurement initiative, icare seeks to address these concerns by acquiring a software as-as-a service solution capable of tracking, monitoring, and reporting on software-related obligations within the organisation.
Scope
The Respondent is to provide a proposal for the Software Asset Management services.
The scope of the product and services that we are requesting the suppliers to provide are;
- Discovery & Implementation Services.
- Software Licensing and Support Services.
