Tender Description
Purpose
Council proposes to invite tenders for the hire of plant and equipment, with or without an operator, for the twelve-month period: 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. This Invitation includes the Conditions of Tendering in Section 1, Conditions of Contract in Section 2, Specifications in Section 3 and the Tender Submission documents in Section 4. The form of agreement is that of a ‘standing offer’ and it does not place any contractual obligation on council to hire or engage contractors. The application is merely a statement made by a prospective contractor that they are willing to supply specified plant and equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.

Each year Council requires the use of a variety of equipment on various projects throughout the Bogan Shire. The following list sets out the types of equipment required.
