Gravel Haulage Part A - Load,Haul & Place and Part B - Haul & Place

⁠⁠⁠Purpose

Council proposes to invite tenders for gravel haulage services, for the twelve-month period: 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. This Invitation includes the Conditions of Tendering in Section 1, Conditions of Contract in Section 2, Specifications in Section 3 and the Tender Submission documents in Section 4. The form of agreement is that of a ‘standing offer’ and it does not place any contractual obligation on council to hire or engage contractors. The application is merely a statement made by a prospective contractor that they are willing to supply specified services in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.
