Tender Description
Mosman Council invites contractors to submit quotations for the hire and maintenance of indoor plants across Council-managed buildings. An overview of the required scope includes:
- The delivery, installation, and ongoing hire of plants and associated materials, including soil and fixings, to match the existing setup. This includes supplying an appropriate quantity of pots and suitably selected plants.
- Routine care and maintenance of all plants, including watering, cleaning and dusting, and when necessary, fertilising, pruning and disease inspection/treatment.
- Replacement of inadequate plants with those of similar size and value. Substitution of plant varieties made only where required due to availability.
Submission of service records for every service. This includes the date of service, action performed, plant replacements, and/or any further observations regarding the health and/or condition of the plant/s.
Commitment to a consistent date and time for each service.
