Tender Description
Council seeks to appoint a Project Manager to Co-ordinate a “Project Team”, consisting of all necessary sub consultants for the successful fulfilment of this contract. The works under this contract include the Design, Specification, Documentation and Certification of the Wedge Performing Arts Centre (PAC) Redevelopment in Sale which will consist of the following functions:
- Creative / Activation / Rehearsal Space.
- Conversion of the Theatre Café kitchen to a function or events kitchen .
- Expanded toilet capacity
- Workshop area with relocated mezzanine
- Facility storage and operational improvements
- Kitchenette and amenities to support rehearsal space
The anticipated project budget for construction, inclusive of all associated costs, is approximately $4.5 million (ex. GST). Made up of new construction works relating to the extension and FOH Budget $3.1M, with the remainder maintenance or upgrade items to the exiting building services to make up the balance.
