Tender Description
This RFP relates to the procurement of advanced fabrication milling and turning machines for educational delivery at the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (MCoEs).
Project goals
TAFE NSW are taking a two stage process to engage an appropriate supplier.
- Stage 1 – Registration for Opportunity - see attachment
- Stage 2 – TAFE NSW will issue an inviation to the RFP via TAFE NSW Ariba
Scope
TAFE NSW is seeking advanced fabrication milling and turning machines as outlined below. These machines will support educational delivery at the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence located at Tighes Hill, Wetherill Park and Wollongong. The initial volume forcast is listed below, with an option to supply additional units across NSW if required and subject to future demand.
- 3 x CNC Milling Machine Centre 5 Axis
- 3 x CNC Milling Machining Centre 3 + 1 Axis
- 6 x CNC Turning Centre Y Axis & C Axis Function Live Tooling (Milling)
