Tender Description
Wollondilly Shire Council requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced consultants to support the delivery of the Council's planning services including in the following fields:
- Development Assessment (Town Planning) Services
- Senior Building Surveyor / Inspector (Certification) Services
- Fire Safety Assessment (Compliance) Services
- Ecological Assessment Services
- Heritage Assessment Services
- Landscape Design Assessment Services
- Bushfire Risk Assessment Services
- Urban Design Assessment Services
Tenderers may tender for one, some or all of the fields required as outlined in this Request for Tender (RFT), subject to the ability of the Tenderer to adequately meet the selection criteria.
Council intends to establish a limited panel of suppliers who will be required to provide the services as outlined above.
This Panel contract will be for a period of Two (2) years.
