Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This REOI seeks to shortlist firms capable of advising the Territory on commercial options and preparing a Tier 1 Business Case for a new multi‑storey carpark integrated with the Canberra Hospital campus and transport network. Respondents must demonstrate strong capability in commercial delivery model development, whole‑of‑life financial modelling, and Tier 1 Business Case development in accordance with the ACT Capital Framework.

The Principal Documents for this EOI are confidential and will be released to Tenderers only upon execution and return to TendersACT of the Deed of Confidentiality.
