The HR Product Manager role provides specialist Aurion HRMS expertise to support delivery of the department’s work program, including completion of Enterprise Agreement implementation, compliance activities, business process enhancements, data remediation, reporting improvements, and integration optimisation.

The position leads and contributes to the development of the Aurion delivery roadmap and undertakes complex configuration and technical tasks. The role works closely with HR business areas, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and delivered in line with departmental methodologies.
