Traffic Management for Bright Rod Run 2026

This project involves the planning, implementation, staffing and monitoring of traffic management measures to ensure the safe and efficient movement of all road users during the 2026 Bright Rod Run. It includes the development of compliant traffic guidance schemes, installation and maintenance of signage and control devices, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. All activities will be delivered in accordance with applicable legislation, standards, and site-specific requirements, with a strong focus on safety, minimising disruption, and maintaining access for the community.

An example of the required plan accompanies this tender. Working with the Alpine Shire Council Events Team to ensure plan is to standard and includes all necessary items will be a must if successful.
