Hutchins St Footpath Upgrades

⁠⁠⁠Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to construct upgraded concrete footpath, kerb and gutter and minor stormwater works and associated minor civil works at Hutchins Street, Kingston.

The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.

Tenders close Tuesday 14thApril 2026 at 2PM.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on Tuesday 31st March 2026 at 10:30 AM, on site.
