Esplanade (vic2-4) Snug Footpath

⁠⁠⁠Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to construct approximately 105m2 concrete footpath, stormwater infrastructure, kerb and gutter, retaining wall, together with associated minor civil works at Esplanade (vic 2-4), Snug.

The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.

Tenders close Tuesday, 14th April 2026 at 2 PM.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on Tuesday, 31st March 2026 at 9:30 AM, on-site at 2 Esplanade, Snug. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see link below). Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received, it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again.
