OCIO is seeking an authorised reseller to supply, implement, and support the OpenCTI Cyber Threat Intelligence Platform (CTIP) to uplift whole ‑ of ‑ government threat intelligence capability.
The proposed contract term is three (3) years, with a two (2) year optional extension (five (5) years).
Scope of Work
This procurement is limited to engaging a Filigran-authorised reseller to deliver the following components for the OpenCTI CTIP:
- Licensing and subscription
- Implementation services
- Implementation of OpenCTI SaaS including configuration, onboarding, connector setup and documentation and handover
- Ongoing managed services
- Provision of managed support for platform maintenance, monitoring, updates, connector health, incident response, reporting and operational assurance for whole-of-government use
Marketplace Offers
OCIO may consider acceptance of offers submitted via cloud service marketplaces, including but not limited to private or standard commercial offers made available through such platforms.
Where a quote is submitted through a cloud marketplace, suppliers are also requested to provide a corresponding non‑marketplace (standard) quotation to allow consideration should marketplace‑based contracting not be suitable.
