1 Senior Infrastructure Engineer

The Information and Communication Technology Services Division (ICTSD) enables the delivery and management of ICT functions across the Department. Within ICTSD, the Cloud and Infrastructure Services Branch (CISB) provides critical services including the support and management of core IT systems, change management, and IT vendor engagement.

The Azure Platform Services section of CISB is seeking a Software Packager to support a range of activities. The role is responsible for ensuring software applications and device drivers hosted on the Department’s Azure Platform One (APO) environment are maintained at supported versions and regularly patched. This includes working within a Windows 11 Standard Operating Environment (SOE) using Microsoft Intune for endpoint management. The successful applicant will also have experience developing application packages for Windows Server–based operating systems deployed via SCCM.
