Telecommunications Facility, Goolwa North

⁠⁠⁠Alexandrina Council offers an Expression of Interest from Registrants for the provision of a privately owned Telecommunications Facility on a portion of land located at Lot 312 Boston Street Goolwa North.

Enquiries to date seek a lease with Council to permit a third party to construction, maintenance and operation of a Telecommunications Facility at the site to enhance existing and future expansion network coverage / telecommunications services to Goolwa, including future growth in Goolwa North.

It is anticipated that submissions would generally seek the construction of a Telecommunications Facility comprising of a 30-metre monopole, headframe, equipment cabinets, security fencing and associated infrastructure but applicants would be required to lodge full details of any proposed tower and associated infrastructure within their submission.
