INTRODUCTION
Mackay Regional Council (Council) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of upgraded chemical storage, ventilation, safety and control systems at the Mackay Aquatic and Recreation Complex (MARC), Mackay.
The works relate to the upgrade of the existing hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite storage and dosing facilities within an operational aquatic centre. The objective of the project is to address identified safety, compliance and operational issues and deliver a compliant, integrated solution in accordance with applicable legislation, Australian Standards and the Agreement and as further detailed in Part 5 – Scope of Work.
Tenderers must demonstrate relevant experience in similar works involving hazardous chemicals, confined spaces and live operational environments, with chemical dosing systems required to remain operational throughout the works, subject to approved arrangements.
TIMING
The time period for completion of the Services will commence from the date of execution of the Agreement.
PRICE
This is a Lump Sum Agreement.
