Refurbishment of Existing Buildings and Provision of a New Buildings at the New Enkindle Village School Stuart Campus in Townsville, Qld

Expressions of interest are being sought from suitably qualified builders for the refurbishment of existing buildings and provision of a new buildings at the new Enkindle Village School Stuart Campus in Townsville, QLD.

The site is the former Stuart State School, which has fallen into disrepair prior to recent acquisition by Enkindle. The project consists of: the refurbishment of three buildings (7 GLA’s + admin); the refurbishment of covered walkways and an undercover area; a new amenities block; new covered walkways; along with new and reinstated site services.

Tenders will be invited in April 2026 for a June 2026 start and mid-December 2026 completion. Please submit a Capability Statement detailing:

• Experience: Minimum three recent comparable projects (educational/refurbishments) with values and client referees.
• Capacity: Current workload proving ability to meet the strict June to December 2026 timeframe.
• Value: Demonstrated experience delivering value for money.
• Compliance: Current QBCC licence number and standard insurances.
