Digital Engagement and Website Development Services

The Department of Social Services is seeking a supplier to assist in developing functionality to:

•  communicate and engage with audiences,
•  present data and evidence, and
•  implement new digital techniques for creative and engaging storytelling.

This new functionality will be used on the department’s GovCMS websites (including dss.gov.au) to communicate information and data in a user-friendly, inclusive and accessible way. The department needs to communicate to a diverse range of users including vulnerable communities, service providers, and government stakeholders.

Skilled staff will be provided by the supplier on a time and materials basis. The rates will need to be supplied for the various staff and include an hourly and day rate.
