This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) requires the development and delivery of change management training to support the Library’s Executive Level 2 and Director cohort (up to 16 people). This training is required to be delivered in person in Canberra, Australia.
The training should facilitate the following or similar outcomes:
- understand foundational change concepts
- ability to apply a suitable change management methodology
- skills and knowledge to drive cultural and strategic change by communicating with and leading staff
- ability to identify change resistance for library executive and change managers
- knowledge and skills to support staff health and well being.
Additionally, the ability to access resources and support for a specified period is desirable, but not required.
The training should be tailored to the The Parliamentary Library’s operational context and have regard to the highly visible nature of Parliament and the Parliamentary Departments supporting it.
