Expression of Interest – Debt Recovery Services

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Debt Recovery Service Providers to deliver ethical, compliant and customer‑focused debt recovery services on behalf of Council.

This engagement will establish a three‑year contract, with performance formally reviewed at the end of each contract year. Continued engagement into each year will be subject to the provider meeting all agreed performance measures, service standards, and contractual obligations. Council reserves the right not to proceed to the next year if these requirements are not met.

• Service Required: Debt Recovery Services
• Contract Term: Three (3) years, subject to annual performance review
• Compliance: Must operate in accordance with the Local Government Act and all relevant regulations
• EOI Closing Date: 25 March 2026, 5:00pm AEST

Who Should Apply

Providers with demonstrated experience in government, public sector or large‑scale debt recovery operations. And who can clearly evidence compliant practices, customer‑centric engagement and strong performance outcomes.
