Concrete Footpaths Renewal Program 2025-2026

Mansfield Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and qualified contractor to deliver the 2025-2026 Concrete Footpath Renewal Program.

Background

Council has identified priority areas for footpath renewal in the 2025-2026 program. These locations were selected based on condition, usage, and safety.

Identified location of the footpaths are:

A. Preliminary for all work sites

B. 40 Links Road - Footpath in front of the driveway

C. 86 High Street - Near Mansfield Hotel - Crossing ramps near the roundabout northern side and western side from Mansfield Hotel

D. 102 High Street - Footpath in front of Toyota car dealer

E. 31 Highett Street - Footpath in front of Vinnies office

F. 81 Highett Street - Footpath in front of Steiner School

G. High Street Court House side - northern side Crossing point at the roundabout in two sections

H. 120 High Street - Footpath near Snow Gum

I. 26 High Street - Crossing ramps - Various location around the Collopy Street.

J. 74 High Street - Crossing ramp in front of and across the road from Ray White

K. High Street - Crossing ramp across the road from ANZ bank

L. High Street - Public Toilet

M. Chenery St- Alpine High-Performance Physio/ Betta Shop - 3 spots
