Ambulance Victoria is seeking the supply of Victorian Stroke Telemedicine (VST) Equipment, Management and Support Services. The purpose of this RFT is to engage the market to select a suitably qualified and experienced provider to supply telemedicine software and hardware equipment under a contractual arrangement that includes management and support services of the products.
The tender requirements will include, in part, a mandatory selection criterion in the Specification, due to the specialised nature of the equipment. Request documentation will require Tenderers to provide costings for a lease and outright purchase.
Installation of the equipment will be required at 22 sites across Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales (Australia). The Contractor will provide installation, training, and ongoing education of hospital and VST personnel.
